Tony Broadbent

I'm a Contemporary abstract artist in his mid Fifties, I was raised in the Sixties against the background of the Beatles, new Rock groups and a fantastic era of new art, funkyness and freedom of expression...this is still at the core of what I do. 

 

In my abstract work I like to accentuate an idea past its use.......... and work in all media but mainly my first love, oils on canvas.

I've recently exhibited in London at the Other Art Fair as a top 100 emerging artist, aged 50+, and am receiving some welcome feedback, interest and sales.
 

I do like colour and am aware that some don't.
