Delivery Times
Made to Order
Some of the artwork on this site is 'made to order' . Once you have selected your painting and placed the order you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, however many artists will deliver in a shorter time. Each artwork page will give expected time scales. You will be sent a photo of your painting before delivery to ensure you are happy with it.
One-Off Artwork
Artwork in these categories have already been created and are ready to send. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.
48 hour Delivery
Artists who have assigned artwork to this category have agreed to have your artwork with you within 48 hours (excluding weekends) if your order is placed before 3pm. Please note that whilst every effort is made to deliver within this time scale, it is not a guaranteed service.
Vouchers
Purchase the perfect gift for someone using our vouchers. Simply enter the amount you require. Please allow 48 hours for delivery.
Delivery Information
Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives to you safely, and is fully insured. It is sent via a courier service and comes with a tracking number. You will be informed of the day your painting is due to arrive. The standard delivery times are Monday-Friday, 8.00-18.00. Should you require a special delivery, please contact us. There will be an additional charge for this service.
It is also advised to sign 'not checked' with the courier if you have any doubts about the condition of the painting.
Delivery Damages
Full replacements or refunds are made for items lost or damaged during transit. Please notify us with 48 hours of the item arriving. We will request photos of the damages. All original packaging should be kept as it may be required to claim from the courier. It is also advised to sign 'not checked' with the courier if you have any doubts about the condition.
