Elizabeth O'Connor

Elizabeth O'Connor is a full time, professional, internationally selling artist. Having initially trained in ceramics, Elizabeth then went on to study fine art, sculpture and photography at Nottingham Trent University.

Her expressive style of painting is heavily influenced by this background in ceramics and sculpture, continually seeking to create texture and movement on a flat canvas, inspired by the forces of nature and the natural world. Her bold visual style creates a stunning impact on any interior from offices and public buildings to domestic settings.

Elizabeth has been selling artwork for many years now throughout the UK and America, having featured in numerous galleries and exhibitions, as well as offices, hotels and public buildings. You may have seen her work recently in the new film by Gurinder Chadha (Bend it like Beckham), titled, 'Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging', set decoration by Liz Griffiths (Shaun of the Dead, Dr Who); in the house of the main characters by the stairway. Elizabeth has been pleased recently to supply the artwork for a £4.4 million mansion in Derbyshire, to provide luxurious accommodation and possible location hire for film and television.
