What is Made to Order Artwork?

Made to Order is a service some of our artists offer where artwork is created for you based on the original design shown on the website.

There is more flexibility because it can be custom made to suit your interior. Quite often you can request a size or colour change that is more suited to your interior. Feel free to contact the artist with your requirements.

We do not sell mass produced artwork or digital reproductions so each piece will be original and a one-off.

Whilst every effort is made to produce your artwork as close to the original as possible, it will not be an exact replica and will have characteristics of its own.

The Creation Stage

Once the artist receives the order they will begin creating your art. You will receive an email confirming your order. 

Time Scales

Each artist will specify an expected delivery time on each artwork page. This is a guideline and may vary at times depending on current workload. 

Your Approval

After creating your artwork you will be sent a photograph to approve. 

Once happy the artist will arrange delivery. In the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with the artwork, the artist will normally continue to work on the piece until you are. Alternatively, a full refund can be given. 

Please be aware the artwork will never be exactly the same as the original shown, as the artwork is hand-created. 

Returns/Refunds

As with all artwork on the website, you are able to return your artwork within 14 days for a full refund, unless you have requested major changes to the piece, in which case only 50% is refundable. This is because such a peice qualifies as a commission. This will be made clear before the order if this is the case.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery should you wish to return the artwork. We will then provide you with the return address. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

Please help our artists and only order 'made to order' artwork if you are 100% certain the piece you are ordering it suitable for your interior and you have the correct size, as the artist will spend a lot of time on the work.

Special Requests

Most artists will work with you on special requirements you may have.
