We track every order from start to finish ensuring you are completely happy with your purchase, and if there is any doubt that your not we are there in a flash to sort any issues out. Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We've all had bad service and it really puts a damper on things, and if your purchasing a new piece of artwork for your home or office the last thing you want it is ruined by problems, so fear not, that will never happen with us.
Only Original Artwork Sold
We only sell 100% original artwork and absolutely NO prints or mass produced work, so you have piece of mind knowing your piece is one of a kind. You will see we offer 'made to order' artwork, which can be often altered in size and colour, these are painted to order and proofs are sent to you before delivery to ensure you are delighted with the results. There will of course be variations making each piece a one-off but if you are not completely happy the artist will be happy to make alterations for you.
Our Return Policy
Our 14 day money back guarantee means you can return your artwork within 14 days for a full refund. Please notify us with 7 days. Once you have returned the piece in the same condition it arrived (always insure the artwork against damages) we will refund the full amount back to the card in which you paid on.
