At Art2Arts we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of artwork and the highest standard of professionalism -from the moment you choose your piece to the moment it arrives on your door. With this in mind we advise you to read our Terms and Conditions as stated below before you place your order. We want to protect your interests so you keep coming back to us!
By clicking the tick box you are in agreement of our Terms and Conditions and therefore have entered a legally binding agreement with us. (Hereafter referred to as “we” “our” “us” or “Art2Arts”.)
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to withdraw from this transaction, details can be found below.
We do understand that sometimes these Terms and Conditions can seem a bit daunting and long-winded so if you would like to discuss this with our team before placing an order then feel free to email us on info@art2arts.co.uk.

1 Use of Site
1.1 Under no exceptions can this website be used for any other reason other than what is defined by these Terms and Conditions. Copywrite law protects all images and copy content and any unlawful usage will be deemed as a breech of this contract. Art2Arts company name, logo and content are copywrite to the owner, Michelle Gibbs of Art2Arts.
1.2 If you do not agree to these terms then please stop using this website and our services. All content; blogs, artist information, historian references and sourcing has been checked for accuracy. However if there are errors/faults in anything on our website then please feel free to email us on the above address. No law suit or otherwise can be brought against Art2Arts or any of our affiliates for inaccurate content under these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 You may use this site for personal use but are not permitted to copy or download anything on this website for personal or commercial use.
2 Our Agreement
2.1 We shall sell to you and you shall purchase only those good which you have set out in an order and which have been accepted by us. We reserve the right to reject any order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing each such sale of goods will be subject to these terms and conditions.
2.2 We will email you once your order has been accepted by us. Until that point no order has been confirmed.
2.3 We have the right to refuse any order without explanation as deemed by these terms and conditions.
2.4 Every order is bound by the agreement of these terms and conditions. However these conditions can change at any point under the discretion of Art2Arts and we recommend you check back to these Terms and conditions of every order. We also advise you print these terms as soon as you have placed your order.
3 Orders
3.1 The quantity, quality and description of the goods will be those set out in your order (if accepted by us).
3.2 As stated about orders are accepted at our sole discretion. Normally an acceptance is based upon if the goods are available, the order reflects current pricing and that you are based in our stated delivery area. We also check that your payment card is authorised for transaction.
3.3 You or we are entitled to withdraw from any contact is case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website.
3.4 If you place an order and the goods advertised are not available you may (in these circumstances only):
3.4.1 Accept the alternative we offer;
3.4.2 Cancel the order, and receive a full refund within 28 days.
3.5 It is your responsibility to ensure you check there terms and conditions every time before placing an order and they can change without prior notice.
3.6 The quantity, quality and description of and any specification for the goods shall be those set out by the individual artist and you may not reply of there accuracy.
3.7 All goods featured on this site are required to confer with any applicable statutory or EC requirements and therefore we may have to make changes in the specification of any goods on this site.
3.8 We offer a 'made to order' service. Made to order goods will have variations in the design, and colour and no two paintings will be exactly the same in appearance. Made to order artwork will not be an exact replica of the original and anyone purchasing a made to order piece of artwork accepts these conditions. We hope you are satisfied with your order. However if you are unsatisfied you have the right to:
3.8.1 Accept the alternative we offer;
3.8.2 Cancel the order, and receive a refund within 28 days.
3.9 If you commission an artist you are entering into a legally binding contact between 'you' the customer and 'us' - Art2Arts and the individual artist you have commissioned. All liaisons regarding the sale or requirements of any commissions goes directly through the website. A commission is separate from our 'Made to order' service, as with a commission you require the artwork to be made to your individual requirements, therefore;
3.9.1 All commissions are subject to the terms and conditions set out on the website.
3.9.2 Commissions are also subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit.
4 Pricing
4.1 You must pay the full price of the goods ordered before your artwork will be sent out to you, this is without exception.
4.2 Prices will be clearly evident of each artist's individual pieces. However we reserve the right to change these prices at any time without notification, unless an order has been placed.
4.3 If an order has been placed and the price of the good increases between the date we accept your order and the delivery date, we will let you know and ask you to confirm by email that the new price is acceptable. If it is not acceptable then you will have the option of cancelling the order and receiving a full refund within 28days.
4.4 UK insured postage and packaging costs have been included in the price of the artwork unless stated. For international sales there will be an additional charge made relative to the size and amount of the goods insured for postage and packaging. This charge is available upon request, and will be set out by the individual artist.
4.5 There is no VAT charged on artwork purchased.
4.6 Pricing for each individual artwork has been set out by the artist. Our contract with the artist states they are not permitted to sell artwork at a different price on any other website or by any other means. Every effort is made to ensure that this is adhered to, but if this is not the case Art2Arts does not accept any liability.
5 Terms of payment
5.1 Once an order has been placed with us and we have received details of your payment card, you are confirming that all the information contained within the order is true and accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment card. You are entering a legally binding agreement giving us permission to deduct the full price of the goods and have therefore entered into a contact with us.
5.2 If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account, we can cancel the order or suspend any further deliveries to you. This not affect any other rights you may have.
5.3 Where goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights, we shall credit the payment card with the appropriate amount.
5.4 Your personal information remains personal with us and we do not pass on to any third party unless we tell you otherwise. Unless solely due to our negligence we cannot be held liable for any losses you may suffer. If in an event your payment card is used fraudulently you are entitled to cancel the payment and be reimbursed by the card issuer without being charged for the loss.
6 Delivery of Goods
6.1 It is fundamental that you provide us with the accurate delivery information. Please ensure you ahve checked the address you want your goods to be delivered too, including postcode information. You must ensure someone is available to sign for the goods from our chosen courier. Once the goods have been delivered you are responsible for them.
6.2 We will let you know as accurately as possible the delivery date of your goods; however if no fate has been agreed we will endeavour to deliver the good/s within 30 days of the date you placed the order. We can not be held accountable for delays beyond our control and by placing an order with us you are agreeing to these delivery terms.
6.3 If we can not make the above agreement in 6.2 we will contact you and offer you either a) a revised delivery date or b) the chance to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
6.4 If you choose to order multiple goods from us, please note that delivery will be made in instalments on various dates. Each delivery will be seen as an individual contract and not as one whole contact and therefore the terms and conditions must be looked at individually and not as one entity.
6.5 If we fail for any reason within our control to fully/partially deliver your good, any reimbursement shall be no more than the price of the individual goods either 'us' or 'you' is entitled to cancel the contract in respect of non-performance of obligations in relation to delivery. If cancelled we will refund you any monies already paid by you.
6.6 All goods that we deliver to you through our couriers are fully insured against damages; should damages occur during transit your goods will either be replaced if applicable or refunded in full. Please ensure you sign 'not checked' if you have any doubts about the condition of the goods, as failure to do so will invalidate the claim, and may affect your refund.
6.8 Delivery throughout the UK is free, standard delivery times are Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. Any delivery made outside of these specific time will incur an additional charge set out by the individual artist, and is available upon request.
6.9 International delivery prices will vary depending on location, size and weight of the goods and this price is set by the individual artist.
7 Returns
7.1 Should you wish to return your artwork you must;
7.1.1 Notify us immediately that you wish to return the artwork so we can provide you with the artists return address.
7.1.2 Return the goods in its original packaging or similar within 14 days.
7.1.3 Insure the painting for its full value during transit.
7.2 Once the goods have been returned in their original condition, you will receive your refund within 28 days via the same method of payment if which you paid for the goods;
7.2.3 Commissions (paintings made to you individual specifications) will only receive a 50% refund.
7.2.4 Made to order and in stock artwork will receive a full refund.
7.3 No refunds are given for postage costs for returning the artwork, this is your own responsibility.
7.4 Should the artwork be damaged during transit to the artist, is if your responsibility to claim against the courier for damages and we are unable to issue a refund. We will help in any way we can by providing photos of the damages to use against your claim.
8 Risk, Property & Warranties
8.1 At Art2Arts we believe in a personal service and therefore we ask all our artists to send directly to you, the consumer. Goods are purchased at your own rish and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by negligence. As stated in clause 6.1 once goods have been delivered you are responsible for them.
8.2 Ownership and property of the goods do not pass to you , the consumer, until we have received cleared funds of the payment in full price for the goods. It must also be noted that we do not give permission for the resale of any items brought on this website and any breech in this will invalidate your rights under these terms and conditions.
8.3 You have the right to return defective goods and claims in respect of losses caused by negligence on the artist's part or failure to carry out our obligations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
