Online payments are made through Protx, a secure online payment facility that allows you to purchase using a credit or debit card.

Cheques (Off-Line Payments)

Please make all cheques payable to Art2Arts and be in Pound Sterling from a UK bank. Orders will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared. Please print your name and address on the back of the cheque and contact us before delivering. Please place your order online, and stop before entering card details; this will generate your order.

Purchasing Artwork

Made to order artwork

When purchasing 'made to order' artwork from this site, please bare in mind that all artwork is hand painted, and whilst every effort is made to get your painting as close to the design you have chosen, it will not be an exact replica, it will have characteristics of its own, making each piece unique and your painting an original. Once your painting has been created you will e-mailed a jpeg proof to ensure you are happy with your painting, further adjustments can be made.

Exclusive One-Offs

Paintings in this category are all original 'one-offs' and exact replica's will not be produced, however if a piece has inspired you, we can create a piece using similar colours and design. Please note your painting will be different.

Guest Artists

All guest artists selling on this site, are independent artists, who have chosen to display their work through the website. All sale are made through Art2Arts, this is then passed to the artist to create and send the painting. Once your painting has been created you will e-mailed a jpeg proof to ensure you are happy with your painting, further adjustments can be made. All terms and conditions remain the same for all work purchased on this site.

Commissions

Paintings made to your special requirements require a 50% non-refundable deposit before starting your painting, this is to cover materials. Once your painting has been created you will e-mailed a jpeg proof to ensure you are happy with your painting, further adjustments can be made. Once agreed the balance should be paid before delivery is arranged.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you require a refund. The painting must be returned in its original packaging, and be in the same condition it was sent, within 14 days. The return address for your painting will be displayed on your receipt. Please note if you have purchased more than one piece, there may be more than one address to return your paintings.

Refunds

All artwork must be returned within 14 days. Once returned your refund will be processed within 14 days, and refunded in the same method in which it was paid (card/cheque) Please note commissions are only eligible for a 50% refund, this is due to the work being created to you specific requirements, and to cover cost of materials.

Vouchers

Vouchers purchased can be redeemed against any painting on the website, and are valid for 18 months, if used after this time please contact us beforehand. You will be given a unique code to use at any time.

Promotions

All promotions are only valid during the times stated by Art2Arts, any artworks purchased outside of these times are not eligible for a refund of the difference. If an order is place without the code being used we are unable to refund the difference.

Delivery Information

Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives to you safely, and is fully insured. It is sent via a courier service and comes with a tracking number. You will be informed of the day your painting will be arriving. The standard delivery times are Monday-Friday between 8.30-17.30. Should you require a special delivery, please contact us. There will be an additional charge for this service. There is also an option for Saturday delivery. Please note Saturday is charged extra and we are unable to deliver on this day unless it has been paid for.

It is also advised to sign 'not checked' with the courier if you have any doubts about the condition of the painting.
