About the artwork

Being an abstract artist my skills lie in my ability to use colours and textures to my best visual strength and to create a sound composition from these elements. It gives me the freedom to explore the artwork and assign your own meaning to the piece. That's why I rarely give my paintings names I like the viewer to see what they want to see. just like we all view the world differently, one person might view one thing from a different perspective a moment later, nothing having changed but one's expectations. This piece is five canvas joined together fabulous composition so expressive and has incredible detail.

Amanda J Aspinall

Hi I'm Amanda from Lancashire, UK. I've been creating art all my life. My style is abstract where I bring a subtle and sophisticated feel to my art through a unique balance of colour, texture and composition. I do like to play around using mixed media where I apply this to my sculptures. I also express myself emotionally in my expressionism art. I paint because I absolutely love it, I need to, but most of all it keeps me sane.
