Born in 1954, the city of Kizil-Arvat, the Turkmen SSR. RAKHMET was born in the family of an artist. 1961-1970-school number 7 in Ashgabat. The eldest and younger sister were faithful companions of his childhood, and RAHMET carried his good affection for them through all the intricacies of his life. 1966-1970 Children's Art School named after Byashim Nurali, Ashgabat. In parallel, sports; tennis and rowing. 1970-1974 theater and decoration department. Turkmen State Art College named after Shota Rustavelli.
