About the artwork

I have painted this original hare painting mainly in watercolours and have used collage for the poppies and leaves which I have prepared and painted in interesting patterns and textures. I think the collage adds aninteresting extra dimension to the painting. The actual painting measures A3 and the mount measures 16" x 20" and it will need to be framed.

I have been painting professionally for several years and have had much success selling my artwork both nationally and internationally mainly on online websites but also in art galleries, coffee shops and in the Oxford Town Hall where I had a very positive review of my artwork in the Oxford Times in 2011 which you can google under my name Casimira Mostyn. Several of my greeting card designs were also advertised in the Oxford Mail. Recently one of my pieces of artwork has been published on the front cover of an international Literary magazine, the Orbis Journal , Edition 167 spring 2014.
