About the artwork
"Have you seen my towel ?" is a small abstract painting on stretched canvas. This painting is a natural way for the artist to express herself. Subconscious images come from her mind and she is just painting what she sees. Small size works are Veera's favorite because of the size. Such kinds of artworks are easy to work with. Small pencil, good light, and small field to concentrate on. This kind of painting style is very relaxing. While outlining the colorful details artist stays concentrated and calm, diving into her thoughts and dreams. Outlining demands accurate work - so Veera is sitting calmly for many hours repeating the shapes of colorful details, moving brush slowly, not breathing. Veera likes to express herself through colors and shapes. It was quite a meditation making these surreal shapes. Veera has started this work with shapes and just added colors as she sees them. It is like decorating something, searching for the perfect combination to express oneself.Have You Seen My Towel?
