I am a visual artist based in County Antrim. I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Textile Design and my passion for colour, texture and pattern continues to inspire my work. Balancing my career in education as a teacher of Art and Design, I have continued to carve out time for my own practice, creating paintings inspired by the beauty of nature. My creative process involves experimenting with soft, atmospheric backgrounds which suggest movement and allow the detailed silhouettes of natural form to take centre stage.
