About The Artist

Rajan Dey

Rajan Dey is a self taught watercolor artist who lives in the UK. He is well-known for his energetic cityscape, landscape and seascape watercolor paintings. By education Raj is an Electrical and Electronics engineer, by occupation he is an IT manager but by passion he is an artist. Raj had been painting in various mediums like watercolor, acrylic, oil and pastel since the age of 5. With no family background of art, he is a self-taught artist. His early interest in art was nurtured during his school days where he had won several accolades. He had partaken in many art competitions during his school days and had won majority of them, which was a significant motivational drive for him.
