I grew up in Goring-on-Thames and worked as an art director in London for many years, but I always instinctively felt that I wanted to become a professional artist, which I have now been for over 10 years and during that time been represented by many galleries all over the UK. Living in the Surrey Hills my work consisted of landscapes, mainly of trees and flowers and I spent much of my time happily rambling through the woodlands with my sketchbook. Having moved to St. Ives in Cornwall with its renowned quality of light and colour, my aim now is to capture the essence of the coastal paths and unique land and seascapes of this beautiful area across the seasons.
