About The Artist

Christopher Hughes

After an apprenticeship as a ceramic artist and painting their most prestigious vases and plaques, I turned freelance in 1980. Since then I have sold my watercolours,oils, porcelain and signed prints all over the world. The English landscape and wildlife feature prominently in my work, plus the very contrasting scenes of Greece and Italy. I also teach watercolour painting extensively in the UK and Europe as well as online.
