The Wings of Love. This is an original contemporary modern abstract style acrylic and resin painting on canvas. Featuring a wonderful abstract style stencil design of a heart shaped wing, beautifully painted in a gold acrylic paint with a light texture, and fading into a copper colour at the bottom. The artwork is covered with a coat of epoxy resin. The background technique creates a wonderful natural stone like appearance. Then the artwork receives a coat of resin. Once the resin has been applied, the artwork looks so unique and luxurious, with a glass like feel and look. The artwork has been created on a handmade deep edge stretched canvas. I have been painting ever since my childhood, and just like then, I feel the love and joy when I am creating a new piece.
