About the artwork
An imagined town scene with tall old houses reaching up to an enigmatic sky. Three trees contrast against the horizontal and vertical lines behind. I used only palette knife for this painting and like the effect of sharp edges and texture it gives. Sides painted in Paynes grey and also sent with a signed certificate of authenticity.

I've been a full time artist since 2006 and have sold my oil paintings internationally. My portfolio is quite broad in style and content but the majority of my recent work is influenced by expressionism and naive art. I also produce figurative work and atmospheric landscapes and love the use of palette knife texture to bring my compositions together.
