About the artwork

The Honesty Tree is a more recent painting in my series of trees. This time painted in shades of blue, the pretty heart shapes are accompanied by some new shapes. Painted on all sides of the canvas and signed at the side. This original artwork also comes complete with a signed certificate of authenticity.

About The Artist

Tina Ashton

I started painting back in 2001 when I returned to full time education to study Art & Design. Art became an all consuming passion which ignited a spark for all things creative that must have been dormant for many years I believe. Painting is now something I do from my studio at home on a daily basis, which fits in around looking after my home and my family. I am kept company through the day by my Corgi puppy called Callie who keeps me sane and gets me out for long walks in all weathers. I love bold, strong colour, and shapes and strong black line features in many of my paintings in acrylic.
