About The Artist

Laura Davies

My work is a combination of contemporary impressionism & minimalistic fluidity but always consists of traditional subject matter. This creates familiar scenes that are easy on the eye but with a modern edge. As art has always been a passion of mine, it has proved to become a continuous development and I am constantly striving for new and interesting ways to add to my signature style. I have exhibited world wide at many galleries, and been asked to participate in Sky Artist the Year. I now work from my studio in Ranmoor and have the picturesque scenery to constantly inspire new work.
