About The Artist

Shazia F Basheer

I am a self-taught artist, based in Cambridgeshire, in the UK. I create contemporary textured paintings. I am always looking for new ways to combine texture and colour to create an exciting painting. Most of my works are abstract representations of flowers and trees. I believe that art is personal and a painting means different things to different people. Through my work, I hope to touch a heart, invoke a memory, and become a part of someone’s home. I have been lucky enough to be an internationally collected artist. My paintings can be found in private collections in the USA, Europe, and Australia! All of my paintings come with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
