About the artwork
Part of my Cosmic Voyage series of paintings this is a large contemporary original abstract painting on canvas. Expressive, colourful and textured artwork created using acrylic paint and mediums on stretched canvas. I have created this painting using many layers and glazes of acrylic paint. Beautiful shades of purple, violet, pink, white, black, blue and green come together to create this stunning affordable artwork. I have highlighted this painting with flecks of imitation metal leaf which adds an extra dimension to the painting and catches the light beautifully.

Tracy-Ann Marrison
I was born in Yorkshire then relocated to Derbyshire whilst still a child. In a previous life I trained and worked as a dental hygienist. Life events led me to re-evaluate my life and follow my heart. I had always been creative and decided to follow my passion for art. I studied at the Cyprus College of Art from 2004- 2007 and continue to develop my work by attending portrait and life drawing sessions along with other workshops. I work from my studio in Derbyshire and create original artworks and undertake commissioned work. I have exhibited in Cyprus and the UK and my work is held in private collections in the UK, USA, Europe and Australia.
