Holly Winterborn
I graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in Illustration, specialising in painting. My drawings and paintings are inspired by the effects of light upon the landscape and the grandeur of architecture. I paint on location using watercolour to capture the light that surrounds and transforms the subject. Later in the studio I develop these studies into larger works on canvas, building up glazes of oil colour to convey the atmosphere of the scene.
