About The Artist

These are the recreated paints which had been drawn between 17th and 19th century and they belong to the temples of Sri Lanka. These paints use the same qualities that had in the influenced by the fundamental features of the beginning level of the painting culture of Sri Lanka. Those days, they used the things that can be found from the environment to create these paints and each of them has the same limited color code and as result it makes difficult to make a more attractive painting since the color variations are limited. These ancient designs , jewelry and also the ornaments had been made of using a higher concentrated deep emotional influenced a techniques.
