This artwork took shape on its own as I worked my way through it, exchanging the plain blue sky to a striped one in pastel shades. I have left some areas defined only by blocks of color, adding an element of abstraction to this view of London skyline. The artwork can be hung as it is or framed, as per your choice. I am a representational artist living and working in Hampshire, England. Art has been my passion since my early years and I worked as an animator and illustrator for 15 years before making a switch to become a full time professional artist in 2011. I use different mediums but the spontaneity and transparency of watercolor inspires me the most. I like to create expressive and sometimes whimsical portraits of animals, full of personality and character. My paintings have been accepted in juried shows of International Watercolor Society and exhibited in Italy, Hong Kong, India and Nepal.
