Introduce a New Friend

(1) We welcome new friends (people who have never been account holders nor purchased from the Website before) who are introduced to the Website by existing account holders.

(2) If the new friend subsequently places and does not return an applicable order in excess of £75 (excluding any shipping and delivery charges), then we will thank the existing account holder by sending either

(i)             a £10 gift voucher (UK residents only) or

(ii)           a voucher code which will give you £10 off your next order placed on the Website.

 

(3) Existing account holders can introduce a friend and receive a thank you by, completing our 'refer a friend' form. Once their friend has completed their order we will send you both a voucher. Existing account holders must also confirm their postal address.

 

(4) All friends must be new customers to the Website and must follow the process for placing an order provided to them by their existing account holder friend.

 

(5) Then, once the new friend has placed and retained their applicable order we will email the existing account holder with their thank you voucher or code.

 

(6) Existing account holders who are

(i) UK residents will receive a gift voucher to the value of £10, which will be emailed to the existing account holder. This will normally be from Marks and Spencer, although we reserve the right to use our sole discretion to substitute a gift voucher to the value of £10 for another store or send a voucher code which will give you £10 off your next order placed on the Website. Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are issued and subject to the terms and conditions of the seller they are provided for use with.

(ii) Non-UK residents will receive a voucher code which will give you £10 off your next order placed on the Website.

 

(7) There is no limit to the number of new friends which any existing account holder may recommend.

 

(8) (a) This offer is part of and subject to all our usual terms and conditions in using the website and buying from us and we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

(b) Any gift voucher or voucher code provided cannot be substituted by you, or exchanged into cash for products that have already been supplied and is not transferable for any other value.

(c) If you return any item which has been purchased using a voucher code, then you will be issued with a refund in the form of a Website Gift Voucher.
