Each painting in my new series called Week is the result of a week of work, painting every evening, adding layers as the week progresses. The result of the series is a colourful journal of daily feeling, stories, events that impacted me as i embarked on a new chapter in my life. A self-taught painter, Elena was born in 1980 in a small town in Transylvania. ELena lived in Paris and travelled extensively before settling down in London a decade ago.
