We have made the website so you can search by pretty much everything. Click 'Shop for Art' at the top navigation and on the left you can narrow down your search with: price, style, colour, framing, materials etc. You can then further sort by name and price. You can also choose how to view the artworks either as thumbnails or as a list.
How do I use the 'Compare' feature and what is the difference between this and a 'Wish List'?
Our Compare feature is designed so you can add artworks to view on a separate page and view all on one page: they will be stored on the site for a period of 30 days. The wish list is similar and you can save by setting up an account and come back to view at a later date.
Each artwork page has a 'contact the artist' form so you can send a message with your enquiry.
Artists can be very busy in the studio and whilst most will aim to reply the same day, please allow up to 3 working days. If you have not had a reply please contact us and we will call them for you.
You are able to order any artwork from the product pages, simply add the artwork to the cart and complete our simple checkout process.
Once we receive your order you will be sent an order confirmation and the artist will arrange delivery. Once delivery has been booked you will be sent tracking information.
If you set up an account you will be able to log in and check the status of your order, if it has been 'dispatched' you will be provided with tracking information. If you are unsure please get in touch with us.
Provided your order is not a commission you can cancel at any time.
Pending: We have received an order but have not received payment, once payment has been received your order will change to processing.
Processing: We have received your order and are processing it.
Complete: Your order has completed and all artworks have been sent.
We accept most cards including; Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta, Solo, Switch & American Express
You can checkout using our secure checkout with SagePay or PayPal.
We also accept cheque payments.
Yes, the security of your payment and personal information is of utmost importance to us. We use high-level SSL encryption technology, which means all your details are completely safe.
We use Trustwave and you can verify our certificate here.
As soon as your artwork has been completed we will email you a photo for your approval. We will keep you updated on progress throughout the process.
Yes, we won't send the artwork until we have your approval.
The artist will continue to work on the piece until you are happy. You are entitled to cancel at any time.
Yes, you are able to return the artwork within 14 days for a full refund.
We take a 50% non-refundable deposit for commissions and you can pay via debit or credit card, PayPal or cheque. The remaining balance is due on completion.
No, the artwork has been created to your specific requirements and therefore is non-returnable.
Delivery can vary and depend on the type of artwork you order, you can find delivery times on the individual artwork pages.
Deliveries are Monday - Friday and we are unable to guarantee a delivery date, however we can of course put in a request, so please add to your order comments.
Couriers will often try a neighbour, however they always leave a card for you to re-book delivery.
Delivery to the UK is free, international delivery is available and prices can be found on the individual artwork pages. If a price is not shown you can 'contact the artist' for a price.
Yes all artwork is insured during transit.
Please notify us within 24 hours if the artwork has been damaged and send photos of the damages. We will then arrange a refund or replacement within 30 days.
Yes, most artists offer international shipping.
Some artists will allow collection, to find out please 'contact the artist'.
The tracking information should have been emailed to you so you are able to track the delivery, if you are unsure please feel free to contact us and we will help with this.
Our return policy is 14 days from the delivery date.
Yes, we will collect the artwork on a day that suits you Monday - Friday and return the artwork to the artist.
You will have to arrange to return the artwork to the artist at your own cost and the artwork must be fully insured in transit. We would then refund you minus shipping costs.
We will refund you using the same method in which you paid us within 30 days.
These are supports for the canvas and can be placed in the corners of the wooden frame. They are not essential but can be useful for larger works.
It depends on the type of artwork, you can use picture hooks for framed work, and screws for canvas framed work.
It is recommended to use a lint free cloth to clean the face of the artwork, and no chemicals should touch the surface.
Depending on the materials used in the artwork it is recommended not to hang artwork in direct strong sunlight and too close to a heat source. However, if you are unsure please get in touch.
