Channel 4 is showing a series of short art films all by established an emerging UK artists. The channel describes the random acts series as
“television as art, rather than about art.”

Here I’m sharing the Random Act film from London artist Jonny Briggs. The video is part of a continuum of work that he’s developed that portrays a sense of memory and eeriness around family relationships.
Jonny is showing in the Saatchi Gallery’s New Sensations Exhibition in London next week and is hotly tipped to become one of a new generation of prominent young British artists. Watch Jonny’s Random Acts film on 40D.
