Primarily a figurative painter, I focus on characterizing the mood and atmosphere of the subject, endeavoring to render the mystique and personality into the finished canvas. I strive to create a strong atmosphere portraying the mood of my subjects and their surroundings, ensuring this is reflected in my finished work. I paint with the highest quality artists oils and acrylics, and my paintings are varnished to protect against dust and sunlight. My aim as a figurative artist is to portray a strong feeling of emotion and character of the subject.
