How our commission is calculated
We currently 35% commission on sales. This is our flat rate no matter where you live. This includes payment processing, admin, advertising and VAT if applicable. Sometimes customers will use a 10% dicount voucher will be considered when you receive your payment. We do not charge commission on shipping charges.
Example 1: Artwork: £100 - 35% commission = £65 (you receive)
Example 2: Artwork: £100 - 10% discount = £90 - 35% commission = £58.50 (you receive)
When do I get paid.
Payment is made withint 21 days of delivery once the customer has confirmed they are happy and the work has arrived safely. We typically pay on Wednesdays.
