Made to Order Artwork
Made to order artwork is a service some of our artists offer where artwork is created based on the original design shown on the website. There is more flexibility because it can be custom made to suit your interior.
Quite often artists receive requests for different sizes or colours than those stated on the site. Changing the size and colour is down to the artist's discretion and is not standard for all artists. You can contact the artist on individual artwork pages to discuss your requirements.
We do not sell mass produced artwork or digital reproductions of original artwork; therefore each piece will be unique and whilst every effort is made to produce the artwork as close to the image shown on the site, it will not be an exact replica and will have variations.
The Creation Stage
Once the artist receives your order and acknowledged it, they will begin creating your artwork.
Time Scales
Each artist will specify an expected delivery time on each artwork page. This is a guideline and may vary depending on current workload. You will be kept up-to-date with the progress and the expected completion date will be added to your order notes.
Your Approval
Once your piece is completed we will email you a photo for your approval. Only once you are 100% happy will the artist arrange delivery. The artist can make changes to the work if there is something specific you are not happy with, however please be aware it will not be an exact replica.
Returns/Refunds
With all artwork (except commissions) you are entitled to a full refund at any stage. If the artwork has been delivered and you are not happy, we will arrange collection of the artwork and refund you in full. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery.
