I am a professional artist producing contemporary oil paintings on various subjects. I work from my studio in Weymouth and I am inspired by the sea and landscape around me as nature provides an ever changing palette. However, I really enjoy painting the human form, especially women, as it's a constant challenge to capture skin tones, their sensuality and mood and the atmosphere they can portray. My paintings are evocative and thought provoking images. Portraits are a speciality which can capture a specific moment in time of your life and be a gift to last a lifetime.
