Hi, I'm Amy an abstract and impressionistic artist of seascapes. I live on the south coast of the UK in a little town called Lymington. I use a wide variety of materials the main component being heavy body acrylic paints. I love how versatile they are and the texture you can create on a surface. A lot of the marks I make are done with painting knives, large brushes and my hands! I love experimenting, getting messy and having fun during each painting process. The water and surrounding area where I live is a huge inspiration for me, it is a great place to paint plein air, I enjoy being outdoors and trying to capture the ever changing environment.
