This painting is created with layers of inks, followed and intermingled with acrylics, varnish glazing techniques, the painting is created over a long space of time as each layer settles and drys before the painting is worked on again, each layer becoming increasingly transparent so that the painting becomes richer and deeper, the surface just as important as the final image. My work is ephemeral feminine expressionism, I am a painter, I work with all paints and mark making mediums, inks to oils.
