About the artwork

"WILD GARDEN" is a thick textured, bright and colourful original piece. It has a deep green/grey background which enlightens the bright flowers in the forefront. It is varnished and ready to hang. I used gold leaf detail to enhance the flowers and some of the background so depending on the time of day and lighting this will become a beautiful feature that shows the rich depth and texture. Artist Gillian Hubinger, is a South African born artist who has been creating award winning pieces of art in various formats from a very young age. She has been residing in the UK with her husband and three boys for the past 16 years. Gillian is an impressionistic artist with a flare for colour and vibrancy. She creates a happy and joyful mood with her artwork that is a true expression of her heart and life-song. "I like to think of my art as having 365 days of summer. I believe that vibrant colours can light up any room or wall and it immediately catches the eye."
