I studied Illustration at Harrow College of Art and worked as a freence illustrator for many years until family life and its demands took me in a different direction. I now work part time in a Special Needs College and create artworks in my spare time; but am working towards being a full time artist. As an illustrator for magazines and books I worked in a very precise and controlled way. Now my painting style has changed; I enjoy the freedom to express myself in a more impressionistic and abstract way using acrylic paint in bright colours on large canvases, experimenting with different techniques.
