Born in Scotland - living and working in England for many years. I have been involved in artistic work for as long as I can remember, my father painted with oil and acrylic and I dabbled with oil. My inspiration came from my father's family who all had specific natural and self-taught artistic and musical talents. My particular talent at this time was the something that came naturally to me - the craft of copper repoussé'. I Had a permanent stall at Covent Garden market London, making and selling copper repousse' plaques. After returning to Scottish Borders, I had an inspiration to start to paint again, I heard about this new Digital painting and decided to let my personal talents run free with it.
