This was great fun to paint as the designs of Cockerel feathers and so amazing and the challenge of capturing the texture and flow is really satisfying. My aim is not to make it photographic, but to inject my style in the way I apply the paint showing off my brush work. A Cockerel painting always look great a kitchen.
