I wanted to use some vivid colours in my new collection. I adore expressionism and seascapes. But I am also a huge fan of cocktails (well who isn’t, right?!). Sarah grew up in North Yorkshire, being surrounded by beautiful landscapes and close to The North Sea. She has painted since a young child and continued as a hobby whilst working in graphic design. After having a family of her own Sarah’s artwork started getting interest from friends and family until the point where she started to make a full-time career out of her art commissions. Sarah paints with acrylics and is most well known for her use of textures and metallic golds, with multiple layers manipulated to create abstract works. Her paintings continually evolve and are a constant exploration of texture, depth, and light.
